Agreement between Exhibitor & SAWEA :

A 3x3meter space in the Exhibition Hall
One wall panel 2.5 meters tall
One table with 2 chairs
One 240 volts 50Hz 3 pin (3phase) power supply
One waste basket.
Free access to the Exhibition Hall
Up to two complimentary lunch passes per space
Two invitations to the VIP Network Social (Venue and time will be announced)
The Exhibition Hall will be open to SET UP Booths: Sunday, October 15 from 8 AM thru Monday, October 16 until 2:00 PM
An un-official PREVIEW will be held for Design Workshop attendees: Tuesday, October 17, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
SAWEA has no responsibility for shipping, customs, receiving, unloading, or loading Exhibitor equipment and materials.
Exhibitor Application form and Logo must be submitted before August 31, 2017
